Privacy Policy

The data controller is Leomat di Guido Di Pace, VAT IT10853911211, based in Italy. For any request about your data you can write to info@leomat.it.

We process only the data needed to respond to your requests:

• Contact data you voluntarily provide through the form (name, email address, subject and message content).
• Technical browsing data collected automatically by server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), for security and diagnostics only.
• Voice audio, only if you voluntarily activate the AI voice assistant (see the dedicated section).

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling.

• Responding to requests for information, a quote or a demo; legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and correct operation of the site; legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Providing the form data is optional, but necessary for us to reply to you.

Messages sent through the form are delivered by email to the controller. Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors, solely to deliver the service:

• Email/SMTP provider for message delivery.
• Hosting provider on which the site runs (servers in the EU).
• ElevenLabs, Inc. for processing the voice assistant, only if activated.

Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

The site offers an optional voice assistant. Only if you activate it voluntarily (by clicking the dedicated button and granting microphone access), the audio of your voice is transmitted and processed in real time by ElevenLabs, Inc. (based in the USA) to provide the conversation. This transfer occurs only on your action and with adequate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR. If you do not activate the assistant, no audio data is processed.

Contact data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted. Technical logs are kept for limited periods for security purposes.

As a data subject you may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

• access to your data, rectification and erasure;
• restriction of and objection to processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent, where applicable.
